Overview
Alternative Sourcing differs from Traditional Sourcing in that Alternative Sourcing professionals tend to require much more flexible work arrangements. Alternative Sourcing focuses on individuals who typically are not "career contractors." These are talented managers and executives have come to points in their careers where they desire a break from their busy corporate jobs and instead choose to stay at home.
